Full Journal pdf2006-04-12 House Journal Page 3137 SB 232 The Conference Committee with limited powers of free conference considering HCS CSSB 232(FIN) am H and CSSB 232(FIN) recommends the following be adopted: CONFERENCE CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 232 "An Act making appropriations, supplemental appropriations, and capital appropriations; amending appropriations and funding sources; making appropriations to capitalize funds; and providing for an effective date." The report was signed by Representatives Chenault (Chair), Meyer, Joule; and Senators Wilken (Chair), Green, Hoffman. The report was received in the Chief Clerk's Office at 1:01 p.m., April 12, 2006. Representative Coghill moved that the House adopt the Conference Committee with limited powers of free conference report, thus adopting CCS SB 232. The question being: "Shall the House adopt the Conference Committee with limited powers of free conference report?" There being no objection, it was so ordered. The Chief Clerk notified the Senate.
